Hello Everyone,

 If you would like to set up an investigation, you are in the right place!!! You can begin by emailing me, Rob, at  sightparanormal@yahoo.com , or by calling me at 815-651-6899 and ask for Rob.  Please put investigation in the subject line so I know what your email is about or if you call tell whoever answers you need to speak to me about an investigation.  Once I receive your email, or your telephone call, you will be sent or asked a standard series of questions about you and the problems your having in your home. All questionnaires and the answers within are kept secret and confidential by me and I am the only one to see them. If I think there is any pertinent information that was provided, I will tell the group what is is so that no one else sees the survey.  After that I will make contact with you and try and set up a date and time to investigate. Of course-if your problem mainly occurs in the evening than that is when we will try and come to your location, and if its during the day-then that is when we will come.  There may be times when I may choose to do a preliminary investigation first to see if  a full scale investigation is needed. Based on what we get from the preliminary investigation we will do a full scale investigation, after or even at the end of which we may begin to review our findings. We will always let you know what we have found, and if you would like, we can provide you with a written report of what we found.  We will always provide you with verbal or if needed written tips on how to minimize the activity thats in your home.  We will also, if requested, help you get what energy is in your home out and make sure it stays out!! And the best part of all is--

You will be treated with respect and courtesy by all members of the investigation team.

You will not be made to feel like you are crazy or stupid at any point during our time at your location!

You will have our full attention while we are at your location-and we expect the same from you since we are doing this on our own time and at our own expense!

If at any time you feel that any of our team members is not up to your expectations-please let the team leader know immediately.

 

Also we ask that if you smoke, you refrain from doing so inside the location for at least 4 hours before your investigation time.  We realize that things do come up, and all that we ask is that if something comes up you call us at least 2 hours before your investigation, or as soon as a problem arises, and we will extend the same courtesy to you.  Also, we do request that you have as few people as possible at your location while we are actively investigating. This is because we will be doing audio recording and while for the most part we know what each other sounds like, we do not know what you or your family may sound like on a recording.  While we are setting up for the night or wrapping it up at the end of the night its not a problem.  Since we do have an extraordinary amount of equipment, we ask that if you live in a location where parking is really tight or hard to find, that you please let us know before hand a good near-by area to park in so we aren't lugging 100s of pounds of equipment 2 miles down the street.
